Members can now check in to chapter and cross chapter meetings, make payments, track meeting attendance and gain access to member profiles on their smartphones and hand-held devices.

No need to worry about a sign-in sheet to track your attendance or leadership tracking you down for a payment. Attending a meeting is a qr code scan away. Scan and your attendance is captured.

If you have a balance, Prezence will prompt you for payment, if not, proceed to focus on networking and the meeting. No need to wait in line to be processed.

How does this process work?

Once you’re scanned in other members will see that you have arrived to the meeting. Need to leave early? No problem. All you have to do is tap the “leave early” button or an admin can do it for you. As a chapter member you can also see when your late and absences expire. Won’t be able to make the next meeting but have a substitute? Prezence will also document this for you and show the association so you still have visibility during the meeting.

To take it further, members and visitors can access contact information for all meeting attendees.

One of the best features has nothing to do with attendance; however, you benefit from it by attending meetings is the refer feature. Yes, you can refer people. This was important to add to stay in line with our motto of "Givers Gain."
